There was rough sea but a warm temperature in via Napoli. I felt fit and I took first 5km in 27m32s, not my best performance, but, considering I'm a little tired, it's to be considered a good performance.
On the return track, I met two fast runners and I queued them. They were too fast and I were massacred! Airless, I was forced to stop me :(
