The London Christmas Half Marathon

Run#30 2010-12-25 01:26:55PM, London
After prohibitive days in Paris due to weather conditions. After an ABSURDE SEVEN HOURS DELAY, BLOCKED IN A FUCKING EASYJET AIRPLANE, with no food, no fresh air, nothing of nothing unless a stupid 250ml warm Pepsi kindly offered by easyjet (f*ck|). After a night spent in a dead London Luton airport with no support and assistance, finally, we arrived in London and the weather is really good here.

During Christmas day there are no public transportation available and almost all stores are closed and all people are closed in their homes.

It's perfect time to run!

I started from Brixton, South London, where I'm currently located and arrived to Hyde Park. I did almost all the tube's stations path: Brixton,  Stockwell, Vauxhall, Pimlico, Victoria and then I moved around center London till Hyde Park and then, before taking the way to home I moved through the streets of Westminster.

While I generally dislike to run in a city, I like to run in places I do not know and I like to run in London.
Being located in South London allows me to see differnt types of buildings, stores, styles and architectures. You could see how panorama changes while you move to Central London, and then arrive in Hyde Park and breathe, breathe, breathe!

Great, great running.
With this run I compensate the one I didnt in Paris due to limited time and weather conditions - I'm not used to run on ice :-( -

Btw, I hope to have another great run before New Year's Eve and maybe another haf marathon during New Year's Eve.

Running in London is amazing!
