Few weeks ago we started using fins during our apnea training.
First time ever we did videos to see our errors.
Mine were I was going too slow and in spurts, like one leg pushes the other (and effectively it is). The turn as well is completely wrong, as I go up.
Currently I improved a lot the turn even if it eat a lot of air and I'm still searching a better way to turn. I improved my kicking as well even if I'm still slow since if I move faster I eat too much air :(
I need to train :-|
