Today was a bad day. I did not feel in shape, but still maintaining the average speed of 6m per km. It was a beautiful sunny day and warm, but I ran and I felt tingling in the hands. Arriving at the Pomigliano's Public Garden, my hands were swollen and I realized I was about to trigger an allergic reaction.
My race was over before its time. I decided to walk towards home, the best thing when you're gripped by a crisis allergic, but my misfortunes were not yet over, indeed! Suddenly the weather changed .. first a light drizzle and finally .. downpour! I was totally wet before arriving home.

I hope tomorrow morning there will be good weather to have the usually Sunday's long run with Raffaele G.
